Starting at the Beginning
Submitted by: GandlfDrgn I Receved this tut from a list I was on and thought I would send it to all of you, yes I know most of us have the basic's down but even i need to brush up on the basic's every now and then. Please print this out. Then you can refer back to this tutorial to start learning. Hope this helps. . This is your Tool Palette This shows you what each tool is and it's name. We will get to know the names of each tool & it function.
This is your Layer's Palette
We will be covering how to read & use this little thing here
And of course your Tool bar Again names and functions will be covered.
Each one of these tools as you know does a certain function and we will be covering each tool and what you can do with it as we go along. I thought first we could familiarize ourselves with the program and go from there for those of us who are not pro's yet. For those of you who are pro's already please bear with us beginners. . Now for a sheet of short cuts this will come in handy it's a touch of a button. You will see the command and the short cut for the command you want.
. Short Cuts for Editing
. View & Image Shortcuts
. Color Short Cut Menu
. Layers & Selections
. Masks, Captures & Windows
. Browser Menu's
. Other
. Ok, It seems like a lot but if you use a few functions until they have become comfortable to you, then learn a few more and use them, in no time flat you'll have every single short cut mastered. One more quick note! When I joined a list not to long ago, they sent out tutorials and I was and am soooooo thankful. One day when chatting with a friend, because I forward the tutorials to her, she said isn't it great that you just print them out and have them in front of you while your in PSP. So, in case anyone out there is a little slow like me, you can print this out, and it makes learning so much easier. Read it later, take it with you so you have reading material. But don't try to get it all right now before you delete you'll get a head ache from trying or a head ache from banging your head on your desk wishing you would have printed this out.
