Tiled Background

Tiled Background's Tutorial

1) Open an image the size you want transparent 16 mil color.

2) Now fill the image with a solid color or pattern or even a picture.

3) Now go to image effects tiles set like below and apply.

4) And your done add whatever you want to it.

And don't be scared to play with the numbers for different effects.

And this is just a small sample of what can be done.
