Cloud Effect Text 

1) Open a new image 300X300, transparent and 16 mil color.

2) Flood fill any color.

3) Now go to image + plugins + rayflect four seasons or KPT 6 + sky effects and apply the sky effects from the presets. 

Now if you don't have either of these plugin filters Use the next graphics and pattern fill the image by opening the texture in psp then clicking on the flood fill tool then setting the first tab to pattern and then clicking the second tab and picking the texture from the drop down menu.
(this is in psp6)
For Psp5 you need to click on the flood fill then select pattern from the drop down then click on the options button and then pick the texture from the drop down menu.
  < sky texture.

4) Now add a new layer Layer + new raster layer for psp6 or layer + new for psp5 then click ok on the box when it opens.

5) Now click on the text button and add text to the image Note: It needs to be a rounded full body text I'm going to use Arial rounded bold size 48.

6) Now while its still selected were going to save it to an alpha channel.
Go to selections + save to alpha channel when the first box opens click ok when the second box opens click Ok on that one as well. Now hit the delete key on your keyboard.

7) Now go to selection + load from alpha channel and click Ok when the box opens.

8) Now got to selections + modify + expand set it to 3 and click OK.

9) Now set the foreground color to white then click on the airbrush tool and set it as follows:
   

10) Now spray over you text lightly. Deselect, resize, merge all (flatten) and your done.

I used the selection tool and selected each letter and moved it a little on this one.
