I would like to give thanks to my son for this idea.

He thought it would look cool to put an angel behind bars. LOL

Attached you will find the font used the toilet and faucet.

Download

Open a new image 500X500 transparent 16 mil color.

Flood fill in white.

Add new layer

Take line tool set at single line, width 6 and antialias checked.

Make a line from top to bottom then copy it, Then paste as new selection and place it 6 pixels to the side repeat this until you have line's going all the way across the image like this.

Now from the right side come back 3 lines and using the selection tool go up about 280 pixels and select then all the way down to the bottom and hit delete.

Now using the line tool make a line across the bottom of the 2 lines you cut from the next bars over. Then using the line tool make a door in the open space.

Now move your line tool up in size until you can draw a small line between the door and the bar on the left and fill the space (I went up to 10) and draw 2 small line for hinges.

Go to selections and click select all then click on the selection tool

and click any where inside your image, this will make the ants run around all the bar's.

Then use a buttionizing filter and buttonize them. Deselect.

Now using the shape tool set at rectangle make a rectangle on the gate for the lock. Then change your foreground color to black and make a small rectangle in the center of this rectangle then change the shape to circle and make a small circle above the rectangle to look like a key hole.

Add a new layer then go to the shape tool and set it for rectangle and make a rectangle starting at 8X410 and go to 220X350.

Click on the deformation tool and holding down the Ctrl key draw in the top by 20 pixels then let go of the Ctrl key and draw the top down by 20 pixels. Hit apply.

Add a new layer then add a darker gray rectangle to the front edge of the bed about 6 pixels high.

Now drag these two layer under the 2nd layer so there behind the bars.

Click on the text tool and click above one side of the bed then type in the capital i and make the font chains size 48 hit OK.

Then copy (Ctrl +C) then go to image rotate to the right 10 degrees free for the left side and then paste as new selection and put it over the right side then go to image + rotate and rotate it to the left 10 degrees free.

Now add a new layer it should show up below layer two in the layer pallet.

Using the line tool go up from the bottom on the left side (0X460) and draw a line almost all the way across (400X460) Then draw a line front the end of that line (400X460) to the front corner on the right side.(500X500).

Now go to the layer pallet and click on the glass next to layer 2. then use the magic wand and click inside the box you just made.

Open a good floor pattern like this one.

Then flood fill the selected area using pattern and the texture you picked. Deselect.

Then draw a line up from the floor corner to the top of the image.

go back and click on the glass' next to layer 2 again.

Add a new layer and using the shape tool make a rectangle in the right corner. Then add another layer and make a smaller rectangle the same height and deform the back of it holding down the Ctrl key and pulling down on the top left node.

Add a faucet to the back of it.

Add the toilet between the bed and the sink.

Merge all layers and your done or add some graffiti to the back wall and a prisoner and your done.
