Glow Star

Open a new image any size, Mine is as usual 400X400.

Go to image, plugin filter, eyecandy 4000, star set at 29, 77, 100, 150.58 and 0

or as you want yours to look

Now click on the selection tool set a rectangle and make a box around the star. Then click once inside the box.

Go to image, plugin filters, flaming pear, blade pro or super blade pro

and apply one of the effects you like
Deselect the star

Go to image, plugin filters, eyecandy 4000 and select corona

I set mine at 38.17, 5, 0, 0 ,0 , 46 and the color at gray.

Set yours to your likeing.
